It was amazing fish and chips, especially chips! I did take away, and I tried one chip on the way to home and couldn’t stop eating!! The fish was also amazing and they are not so oily. If you live around here, it worth tring at once.

Tried this shop after new owners stuffed the last one we went to. Overall this place was great. The fish was very fresh, as he assured me when they ran out of Barra and gave me blue gran. However the fish tasted great and got some extra home made potato cakes and calamari rings. OMG the calamari were like butter. Not the cheap squid, but real quality. The grilled Flathead was awesome too. Good portion size. It’s like a fish and chip shop of 25 years ago. I forgive them for running out of Barra. At least it’s fresh.
Couldn’t fault. The chips were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with a chicken salt that enhanced the flavour tremendously. Flake was on point. Great value for money and my new regular for fish and chips. The best in the area by a long shot.

Was encouraged to try this local Fish and Chip shop since the legendary Bill had returned. Great fish, very generous serves. Crisp and yummy chips! Surprise bonus potato cakes! Will be returning! A real find in the local neighbourhood!

Delicious! The flake was thick and moist with a light, crunchy batter. The chips were golden and plentiful. Our order of 2 potato cakes was generously increased to 4. Superb! Highly recommeded.
