This cozy caf is a good place to stop before grabbing some groceries or just to hang out for some grub.

We ordered breakfast; banana maple waffles and eggs on toast with a few extras. Service was friendly and quick despite being quite busy. The food was excellent and I couldn’t fault it. Scrambled eggs can easily end up dry and overcooked, but mine were done perfectly.

We will definitely be coming back.

Sidenote: I think this place has rebranded to ‘Homestead Caf’? That’s what the logo on their window said anyway.

What a transformation this place has taken. A few months back this place was blackened with fire and the owners were giving away milk on the street due to being closed.

Look at her now. With a new modern, homey look these guys with the support of the community have really fallen back on their feet and are now running head on for success.

Visually its no Vu de Mont, but you can tell that alot of passion is put into what goes on here.
Home to alot of parents in the morning during school drop off, tgeyve cornered the market for coffee at 8:45am on a school day.
The coffee it self is brillant. The food simple but amazing. Always greeted with a smile. The perfect little place to get away after your coles shop or school pick up.
