Unfortunately, our first experience wad disappointing. We were seated 10 minutes before being asked for drink orders, and then another 10 before mains. The drinks came out nice and quickly, however our 4 meals (pasta, a Parma, a burger and a medium rare steak) took 60 minutes to come out. I understand that a busy Saturday night can mean a bit of waiting time, but 60 minutes is not an exaggeration – we ordered by 8, and had meals come out just after 9.
This would have been understandable, albeit frustrating, however 2 of our 4 meals were wrong. The waiter took the 2 incorrect meals away and we waited another 10 minutes for the correct meals to come out (now 70 min after ordered). The waitress was honest and apologised for her mistake for one meal, and the kitchens mistake for the other, but an apology was all we were offered.
The meals themselves were not bad, steak cooked well (eventually) and chips were nice, but we don’t think we’ll be back given other proven options in the area.
I was invited to this restaurant by my daughter and her boyfriend for dinner, it is a wonderful place for meat lovers like me, I ordered a medium-rare porterhouse steak with vegies and mushroom gravy, it tasted wonderful, it was a very enjoyable evening, would definitely go again and recommend this place to others
Been here quite a few times and food is always wonderful, usually service is good and friendly also, however today the service was horrible and as they had a larger party we felt like we were a nuisance and not the same staff as we’d had before. After being seated we waited 15 to 20 mins for a drink order to be taken then 10 mins to arrive, we ordered a bruschetta to share and the waitress just threw it on the table as she walked past, she neither looked at us and it wasnt put anywhere near us. When we were having our mains we ordered another wine which still hadn’t arrived by the time we left. Very dissapointing and usually leave a tip but certainly not this time. Not even aknowledged as we walked out. It was not a very nice or friendly experience but food was still nice, one more thing was they used to take the plate away and put in a container for you to take any leftovers, this time they gave us the container to fill ourselves, i hope their service goes back the way it used to be or we won’t be back,

Fantastic service, great staff and awesome food. Steaks for all at our table were cooked really well. Will definitely go again. Mother in law was most impressed 🙂
All these negative reviews are bull****!! My boyfriend has eaten here 8 times and told me every single time he has had amazing food and really good service. He took me there for dinner tonight, and told me when ordering how good the steak and the ribs are. After looking at the menu mouth watering I ended up ordering a ‘Made in the USA chicken parma’ and he had the ‘Chicken Extravagance’ with prawns and scallops. I have had many Chicken Parmas and this was hands down the best. His meal was fantastic as well. The chips are great the sides are great and the service is great. We were asked what drinks we would like straight away and our food came about 20 minutes after we ordered. All around great environment definitely would recommend!!
Fantastic.. The poor reviewers seem to be overly entitled people who think if they are not served in a packed to the rafters restaurant within three seconds is some sort of crime and are accustomed to bain Marie style restaurants or where there meals are microwaved, not prepared fresh. Guaranteed some people will have a genuinely poor experience nut sometimes too much is expected. Food is lovely, staff are courteous and accommodating and atmosphere is great
