First two times we came here the pizza was great but the last 3 times its been pretty average and not worth the price you pay. Some of the staff need reminding or training on what customer service actually is.
Ordered Fettuccine Carbonara, fresh ingredients but very bland in flavour, feels like they left out the egg, salt and any seasoning. Bacon was in big chunks on the top not mixed in with every bite and pasta was cut into 3-4cm lengths which is not what you expect when you ask for fettuccine.
Ordered a family Margarita pizza & wedges. Stood around the store for 10 minutes after the advised pickup time while they finished the wedges meanwhile pizza went cold. Got home, the pizza was less than lukewarm and the cheese had fully congealed into the cardboard box, the wedges were soggy and barely had any cheese. Called the store, explained that we’d like a new pizza, went to pick it up and was given one half the size. After all that I was left with some soggy wedges and a pizza half the size than what I paid for. Manager refused to refund. Go to Bubbas pizza instead if you’re looking for hot food and good service because you won’t find it here.
Great pizza place who’s main attraction is the deep-dish Chicago style pizza. These pizzas are amazing! Usually I can put pizza away, but this stuff is filling! The chicken parma’s are also excellent – better than all the other takeaway joints in town (and trust me, I’ve had them all).
My new favourite take away shop in Paky. The Chicago Deep Dish pizza is amazing – we have had it 3 times now and the whole family go crazy for it. We also order the chicken parma and it is great value for money – very large with delicious seasoned chips and separate side salad. Easy to order online through menu-log as well. I guarantee after you’ve had the chicago pizza, you’ll never want an ordinary one again!!
