Bought a Cudo Coffee and breakfast (toast, focaccia, porridge, loaded potato etc) deal voucher. Arrived on the weekend only to be told by staff after they had taken a quick scan of the room and saw 2 spare tables that we need to book a table. Was specifically told that on weekends a booking is needed and that during the week it would be ok. Returned during the week on a quiet day with cafe only 1/2 full and got the same story, quick scan of the room and then a line about having to book. I looked around and said surely they could take us since the cafe was half empty. They finally decided to let us sit down and use our voucher. After ordering our coffees, got asked to pay an extra 1.00 as I like my coffee strong. Dont bother buying the voucher if you want to be treated like a paying customer. Ps. The coffee was burnt and tasted like caffeinated dish water, usually the coffee from here is great. Looks like we got the special treatment all round. Wont be back after this. Dont bother wasting your time.
