Service was great, my order was ready when I arrived 5minutes before estimated time and staff were very friendly. The food however I didn’t enjoy. Albeit I don’t often eat Indian but when I’ve had it in the past I expect the chicken to melt in my mouth, I however only finished my meal tonight because I was hungry but I struggled through it. For a butter chicken (which should be on the mild and sweet scale) it was far too hot and not melt in the mouth at all. I don’t think I’ll return.
Food quality. Very poor quality service and food.
1.byriani was very dry
2.no curry was provided for the byriani
3.no dip or salad was provided for the tandoori chicken.
When the shop was called,the answer was we will fix it next time.
We have tried all the Indian restaurants in the area, this one is the best.
Mano. Love the food from Minar Restaurant, suggest every one who wants best food quality n taste just visit Minar, won’t be disappointed, the staff and management is so friendly and cooperative 10 out of 10 for the service n food.

Minar best Restaurant in Melbourne Western Suburbs. I had chance to dine in at Minar, food was excellent. I have some take away from Minar restaurant, all the time quality n standard of food is consistently good. Staff is friendly.i highly recommend Minar’s food n service. Mano Gill.
Utterly Disappointed – We were made to wait for half an hour and then told that they have not even started cooking.
When we threatened to cancel the order, there was no remorse on their face.
There was another group that ordered after us and they were served. Obviously staff had no answer to this goof-up either.
I am not going there again.. And would ask you all to seriously consider before going there. You might be waiting for an hr and then told to leave restaurent hungry!!!
