We found out another Korean BBQ Restaurant was in Point Cook, so we thought let’s try this one to. We’ve eaten at all 4 others , but sadly this one was below expectations. Luke warm food in the electric food warmers and very cold and not at temperature at all. The only thing I/We liked was the sushi, even though it was below standard size portions. The service was slow and sub standard, and can’t believe even the water was warm. Featherbrook your doing it tough if you think that this is a good place to eat. I’ll give it another chance, only if they have hot fresh food displayed but I doubt it will be good.
Not to our expectations, over priced for defrosted frozen meat thinly sliced, pretty obvious because of the freshness, buffet was only just acceptable, food was warm not hot and sushi was warm and not covered.
