Booked for 15 people and was not informed at the time that they do not split bills. I find this spoils the whole experience and its just lazy. Food was average.
I want to like Phoenix Hotel however with such limited vegetarian options I end up having to be happy with chips, bread and some dip.
The decor is nice and staff are friendly. My partner enjoys his meals however I try to avoid dining here.
Went there with a large group for a birthday luncheon. Most people had their meals on time but a few meals came quite late. At the end a few ladies were running to the management and saying the bill wasn’t correct and some of the meals were not very nice off the $25 lunch menu. They made up for it by offering free coffees. So many people have had issues with the hotel when it comes to large groups.
