Regular customer of this fish and chip shop however, not a great experience on Good Friday. I placed my order over the phone and was advised, as they were busy, it would be approximately a 45min wait, which I fine with given it was Good Friday. I waited an hour before heading down to the shop to collect my food just in case they were running behind. When I arrived I was told my order would be another 45min! When I queried why the lady who took my order said in a stern way I told you it was approx. 45min as were busy. I tried explaining that giving an approximation does not provide them with an infinite amount of time to prepare my order and 1hr over the original timeframe given was not acceptable. No one was willing to listen or provide any apology so I promptly cancelled my order and left. Shame that this experience has left a bitter taste and will not be returning.

I am an extremely picky eater and I am so thrilled to have REEL DEAL Fish and Chips close to home. Andrew, thank you for the quality and quantity of great food you provide.

This is our favourite fish and chip shop in the Point Cook area. Chips are a generous serve and potato cakes are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
There are a few tables to eat in (a nice touch when so many fish and chip shops are take away only). Good location next to the beer bar next door (who welcome BYO food).
