Average pub style food and a shame the prices don’t match the quality. One time I witnessed the manager speeding into work and almost ran a kid over in the car park, proceeding to then yell profanities toward the kid. Definitely turned me off my meal.

A bit of confusion.. The photos that have been uploaded on the Sanctuary Lakes Function Centre are of Waterstone Caf not Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club.

Avoid over priced and very very slow service and disappointing food … Such a shame

Better than I expected! Great value and nice atmosphere, slightly understaffed. Burgendy pie quite yummy and great value for money. S/p calamari very tender and big serve.

Fathers Day 2013. Unbelievable failures NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Failure 1/ We booked the restaurant area – we were seated in the bistro / casual area. Failure 2/ Attempted to order the choices of white wine on the menu, both not available. Failure 3/ Ordered lamb shanks , not available. Failure 4/ Ordered beef & reef with no chilli, got chilli!!! this is where I start laughing . Oh my god how unprofessional has this place become. We have been at this restaurant numerous times under different names this has been the worst!!!. Who ever is managing please remove yourself your are a definite failure.
Point Cook area has allot currently to offer in eating establishments. Will DEFINITELY not recommend Lakeview at Sanctuary Lakes. The failures were really too much in one night. Good luck to all, seriously it is a definite waist of money.

Couldn’t be faulted !. Having recently moved into the area my husband and I were searching for our new ‘favourite’ restaurant and I think we’ve found it. The service was exemplary – attentive without being obtrusive. The meal portions, flavours and appearance could not be faulted. The ambience was lovely – quiet and intimate even though there were several large parties in the dining room. Our waiter even arranged a dessert that was not on the menu, along with a tasting of a wine that we were considering purchasing – that’s great customer service !

Great meal at our local – March 9. Haven’t been here for a while but it has improved on last time. Ate in the former bar overlooking the lake. Diners were also outside on the patio as it was a very warm night. Atmosphere was great with lots of people enjoying the evening. We had a couple of entrees and mains, no room for dessert. Food was enjoyable and service spot on. Definitely be back.
