Awful fish and chip shop. The staff were very rude and refused to smile to their customers. Chips were horrendous, they were soggy and quite cold. You’d expect better for a 15 minute wait. Prices were ridiculous, you can get much better for cheaper close by. Worst fish and chip shop I’ve been to yet. Definitely will not be coming back.
Got take away last Friday and my cheese burger was basically raw and was binned. My husband burger was cooked and was okay. Very disappointed especially given the prices that you pay.
Overpriced, ridiculous portion sizes and average taste. Sorely disappointed this was the cheat meal for my family! Paid far less for much better.
Ordinarily I would probably look at a neutral review but due to the concept and menu I will ramp this up to 3/5.
The Taco chips are sizeable and come with a nice blend of mince meat. Similarly the garlic and curry chips offer something different and are quite tasty. ( thx to the sauce – otherwise there just chips).
My partner reported her grilled fish was nice with no issues.
I had a chicken burger which was rather dry inside despite the abundance of sauce. Fix up the dryness and they got a great burger.
The concept of sausages and chips is not widely seen elsewhere and for $10 is reasonable. But my kids only ate one of their two sausages.
Overall to feed a compliment of people such as six it does add up $ wise.
Slightly overpriced fish n chippery but with the menu choice and concept, to be expected.
Awesome fish and chips, cod was beautiful and the mushy peas are really good too. Portion sizes are generous and the chips are proper, hand-cut chips. If you haven’t tried the curry sauce make sure you do – love it!

When this place first opened it was great! But has really gone downhill fast. Went here on Saturday and got two cod and 1 chips and curry sauce. The wait was ages and no queue either. The batter was so rubbery, I went to cut up the fish and it just stretched and stretched! The chips were pretty anaemic looking too. Real shame as when it first opened it seemed pretty good! Have been twice now when the fish and chips have been poor and doubt we’ll be going back.
Terrible fish, way over priced!
They need to focus more on the quality of their food rather than the over the top packaging!!
I definitely won’t be giving this place a second chance!
