Went to the Tigers Clubhouse last night and was greeted by a very pleasant waitress. Ordered our meals and had to wait at least 35 minutes for them to come. When they came out my meal of some exotic Spanish sounding name did not look very appetising. It tasted even worse. Oil dressing topped with ten (should’ve been 12!!!) thawed out smallish prawns. Second time I’ve ordered seafood at the Tigers Clubhouse and twice I have been very disappointed. Did express concerns to waitress who said that she would speak with kitchen staff but we didn’t hear anything back from her.
Booked table for a family get together – waited too long for basic meals which turned up at random times – poor service. My Chicken Parma was overcooked (processed chicken by the way) – just horrible and expensive for what it is.. Will give them 1.0 only because there was a playground for the kids. Definitely Wont be back.
Ate here with a group of family friends on a quiet weeknight – the place was almost empty, yet we waited one hour for our food with no apology from staff, or even any acknowledgement of our long waiting time. The food quality is inconsistent from what I have experienced over multiple visits. Sorely disappointing.
BAD FOOD – RUDE STAFF. My 2 brothers and I waited over 45mins for the special that day, your typical parma. FORTY FIVE MINUTES! The grumpy troll taking orders must have been prodded with a pole up her ass from under her bridge to come to work because she was so rude & unhelpful. Sucking her teeth & rolling her eyes with each customer she served. A couple came in 5 minutes before we finally got our meal & not only did the wait staff take our order for 3 to that table of 2, but not even 5 minutes into our meal, that same couple next to us had their meals.. WTF!! Wait staff didn’t apologize, infact mumbled that I got the table number wrong. A+ service..NOT! My receipt says I purchased my meal @ 7:23pm & after sorting the mix up of our order going to the newly arrived couple it was 8:04pm. BLOODY RIDICULOUS! Food was apalling, in fact extremely dry. My brothers had the bbq parma which was doused in bbq sauce in a poor attempt to cover its dryness. So disappointing & absolute WASTE of money and time. Never ever again. Your only credit is Cheryl at the door who was so helpful on the phone & upon greeting, but unfortunately all positivity ends abruptly there.

Food was burnt and very stiff The Fishermans basket looked liked it had been sitting there for days 3 adults 3 kids meals all shrivelled up and the salad was slimy Tried sending you 4 e mails your site must be down or full of complaints feel like the cook is just learning to cook everything overdone horrible horrible $150 down the drain

Worst food. Dont waste your time the food is YUK and dont get me started on the CHEF looked like someone out of faulty towers why bother Mcdonalds serves better food
