My go to place when after a kebab or kebab meal in Point Cook…servings are good…both the lamb & chicken are tasty & have some nice flavours which is great…highly recommend if you are after a kebab!!!
My boys love kebabs, and I don’t know why they kinda like this kebabs. Honestly, the mixed kebab a bit too salty to my liking. Bought from this shop couple of times, various opinion came to my head every time I went in to take away. Sometimes the staff were nice, sometimes they just didn’t really care. Sometimes the place looked clean, and sometimes it was very messy. Overall, I will categorised this place to my ‘okay-ish’ place.
They are too busy blabbing that they never listen to their customers, therefore either get orders wrong or forget items from their order. This time I had my children with me who were rather hungry and as I am standing there pointing to each child and asking them what they wanted, then myself, I gave her our orders as we went. She said it would be 5 mins wait. I said fine and waited in my car next to their shop. I was actually longer than 5 mins… I went inside after 5mins and still no order, and went back to the car. I waited another 5mins and went back in. This time they guy was loud and telling me my card declined (making it sound like I had no money to pay). I am well aware that eftpos machines crap out too, so I went to my car to check my account to check whether or not payment did in fact go through or not. However, as I am checking from inside my ca with the window down, the rather rude and obnoxious guy was at my car and over my shoulder (which was totally unprofessional on his part) and he was still blabbing about payment. My account was fine and we established that payment never went through, due to an error with their machine, so went back inside to make payment. However, the guy is still motor mouthing about it and all I wanted to do was pay for my food and get out of there! I didn’t need him getting out his violins! Drama Queen much! When I got my food and bought it back to the car, it was wrong and he was missing one of my kebabs. I got angry and went inside to ask him where it was and he started becoming patronising and making out like I was talkiny shit and telling me he had CCTV and we can go out the back to the footage and listen to what I said. I said I dont GAF about your CCTV and turned around, waved to it and said ‘ok, let’s listen to it’! Not only did he not take me to listen and prove what I said (cos obviously he’d be proven wrong!), but after making me the 3rd kebab he claims he didn’t charge me for (not my fault they don’t listen to their customers & don’t pay attention, cos they’re too busy talking sh!#), but after finally taking the kebabs home and tasting them – they weren’t that great. I will travel further afield to other suburbs if I want a decent kebab & service. Urban Grilled Point Cook on Tom Roberts Parade – wipe your chin! You talk too much shyte. Spend more time listening to your customers instead of jibber jabbering…

Extra G sauce det B!. Generous size kebabs if it doesnt fill you up you have weight issues yo.
But yeah probs best kebabs Point Cook area. Thumbs up from Papa Natedog.
We rang to book, not having been there before. But it’s pretty basic tables’n’chairs-wise so probably didn’t need to. HOWEVER, the food was great! There was plenty of it, and it was soooo tasty. When we needed more warm bread for our dips, another basket appeared at no charge. The owner (I THINK it was) could not have done more to make our meal a happy and enjoyable one. The fish-and-chip shop atmosphere was the only downside. But it didn’t detract from what was a great meal. We’ll be back!
Natko. ‘The Kid’ makes my day most of the time. Love chatting with the staff and in my opinion they are the best kebabs I have tasted. Try it with Turkish bread.
