Wow! It has been awhile since I had a breakfast like that! I had the bubble and squeak and it was a very modern take on something my grandparents made me. The ingredients were very fresh and full of flavour, and the Parmesan, nut/seed crumb and mint just added to the overall taste and texture. My husband and daughter had the scrambled eggs which they loved. The servings were generous so it was well worth the slightly pricey cost – you get what you pay for.
