It was quiet Saturday evening and we arrived early fordinner. Service was ok, but the food was seriously underwhelming, kid mealswere basic, but ok. However the main meals were substandard. The seafood/prawnpasta was stodgy and unappetising and the chicken parmigiana was uninspiring.Simple, basic meals cooked and presented poorly, very disappointing experience.
We have been coming here each Port Fairy Folk Festival for several years and, while the weather and beer garden remain pleasant, the menu has become increasingly ordinary. The Mixed Grill went in 2016 and they are so rare to find. The salad and veggie bar once splendid in its variety is meagre and mundane.
