Deciding where to have dinner on a Friday, a friend and I decided to bypass the Cbd and the inner north, wanting to avoid the post work crowds and Friday night pre party diners . Found this fantastic venue in Port Melboutne where it was warm, friendly and inviting. Had the steak as a main medium rare on a bed of potatoes and caramalised onions. Followed by probably the best dessert I’ve had in ages. Traditional Croatian dumplings enfused with sour cherries, served with white chocolate parfait and a berry coulee. A great dinner in a restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, what a great way to end a hectic working week.
