Okay experience. I love the cosiness of this cafe and the staff were friendly. Coffees and food both served promptly, unfortunately I ordered my coffee extra hot and it was barely luke warm- wouldnt even pass as okay for normal coffee. I ordered the special of beetroots and eggs and it was pretty happy with it, however the orange beetroot slices were so sweet almost like they had been candied and I couldnt have too many of them. My friends eggs Benedict she said was good however they used very thick pieces of brioche for the dish which she found a little sickly.
In Port Melbourne today, we stumbled upon this cafe. We were seated and served promptly, and both our coffees and food were served very quickly. My son’s babycino was adorable, but my own cappucino was rather weak. I can’t complain about the food, however our waiter insisted on serving me our bill but minutes after we’d finished eating. I was of the assumption that they were nearing close, however this was 2:30pm in the afternoon, and was nowhere near close. Perhaps this was but the procedure of this cafe, but I couldn’t help but feel unwelcome. Would likely not return.

Good food although not many options. Great service, friendly and nice record. Some technical faults on serving long black (the crema was breaking down). If you are passing by just pop in or sit outside, try it and make up your mind. Good place, not spectacular
