An amazing new little piece of Vietnam on Bay St. Ordered the rice vermicelli with lemongrass pork. So tasty and fresh. Pork was stir fried to perfection. The sauce was just delish. Staff were super friendly and very welcoming! Will be coming again to try more things on their menu.
Not the best for vegetarians. Ordered a flat noodle stir fry (bean curd), but they use beef stock. Said they could change for me and I got the wrong meal: stir fried veggies (mostly bokchoy) in broth… for $16 this is unacceptable. Lucky there an abundance of other pho places to try.
Discovered Saigon Pho House in Port Melbourne by chance and it was the best discovery yet. My Laksa was probably the best I remember ever having, and my conpanion’s noodle dish was smoky and delicious. This will become a regular place for us for a quick meal when in or near Port Melbourne. Definitely worth trying out.
