A pleasantly surprised. After an afternoon on the beach, we were looking a deliciously satisfying meal in order to finish off the day and where better to go than across the street, to Tenpin. Not having any idea as to what this place had to offer, we scoped it out for a second or two from the outside and then decided we’d give it a go…much to our surprise it was amazing.
The decor matches the vibrance of the food that they serve being mostly from Thailand. Bright, loud and full of flavour. The staff here definitely match the vibe of the place too although if we were to have one criticism of this place, it would be the Port Melbourne price tag they’ve placed on the meals, a few dollars too far north of what we think you should be paying. In saying that…worth every cent, as it was delicious and we couldn’t fault it.
We actually enjoyed the meals so much that we forgot to take photos of the mains. The dessert being the sage was the only thing we managed to remember to snap which is odd as it was the most delicious of all the dishes. We ordered the Pulled Pork Slaw $22.0, Crispy Chicken Wings $15.0, and the Egg Fried Rice $15.0. Everything was just in point and did not disappoint with the sago desert topping off the perfect meal.
This place will definitely be the go to place whenever we’re at the beach. At least we’ll know where the delicious food to bring all our other foodie friends too. But until then, this is Our Foodie Find.
