Chaotic vibe, dangerous and edgy patrons, rude bar staff, dirty decor, there are way better places to go on Chapel, avoid this place unless youre coming down off or looking for hard drugs. Or if you wanna get sized up and potentially belted by people doing the same. Absolutely horrible.
