Would I return? For a cocktail in their outdoor seating area on a sunny day 200%
Oscar Cooper is a caf in a cosy location of Prahran with a nice vibe. The caf has lots of different seating options: booth, share table, window bench and outdoor. This makes it ideal for many different occasions. Catch up with friends and family or even on your lunch break or to have a rest in between shopping.
Despite it being peak Saturday brunch time when I visited, my friend and I were seated straight away and our coffee order placed. The coffee came out quickly, was hot but not too hot and was tasty. We ordered Eggs Your Own Way and Oscars Benedict with Thyme Chilli Mushrooms $19. Both dishes were really delicious; just simple ingredients done really well. The meals were slightly expensive but the servings were large and it is Prahran after all.
Service? Prompt and friendly.
Wrap up: Overall good but expensive when considering all the factors.
BONUS: They have $10 All Day Cocktails!
Excellent spot in Prahran for a munch and next level people watching from the window seats (What even is Prahran this was weekday brunch, how is everyone calmly having brunch as opposed to receiving passive aggressive e-mails from Carol in Human Resources).
Refreshing green juice hitting all the right feels, and the fried chicken sliders were crazemazing!
