Good coffee and customer service at decent prices (I love that almond milk is only .50c extra) and is worth a visit. It’s not a place you’d go for it’s ambience but for a ‘foodcourt-esque’ cafe it is pretty good. Can’t speak for the food as I haven’t had anything yet but coffee is good.
We discovered this cafe hidden in Prahran Central when I was busting to go to the loo and pinpointed the nearest public toilet as located here. My partner decided to get a coffee while waiting for me, and surprise surprise, it was reasonably decent. The latte was a bit hot in the beginning, but it went down very smoothly and was robust in strength. $5 for a super large cup was also quite a bargain, as it was enough for the two of us.
Service deserves a mention. Approachable and friendly yet prompt and efficient – a welcome difference from the detached service you often get in a food court.
Now whenever we are in the area and either one of us needed a toilet break, you will find the other one waiting while enjoying a cuppa at Sugar Bow.

A great little cafe with good coffee the guys there are always friendly and efficient. I go there when ever I’m in Pran Central. They also have a nice selection of food to choose from when you need something to go with that coffee.
