Im on the hunt for BAKED EGGS in Melbourne, now that spring has kicked in and cafes are removing the item off their winter menus.
Boundary Espresso is a quaint little cafe in Preston, where the barista/owner(?) remembers the regulars, their names, and their coffee orders. It was really refreshing to see witness this.
The chorizo + baked eggs were perfect for a rainy Saturday. The portion size was a bit too small, could have gone without the balsamic greens as well since the flavours of the chorizo are quite strong.
The soy latte was strong and just what I needed
Definitely will visit again.
