Ive heard that lamb mince borek is nice though
These guys only opened around October/November last year. I think I was there on their opening day. Their borek was really great and fresh with generous filling. It was not very oily and the pastry was lovely and flaky. And what about those prices! Extremely worth it for the quality. They were so generous, they gave me a complimentary falafel wrap and one of the sweet cakes they had on display. Both of these were very good. This is probably the first place I will hit up when I next get a chance to go to Preston market.
Pretty new spot at the Preston Markets selling some delicious baked (Middle Eastern? – Im no expert here!) goods. I cant even remember what the name is but its got cheese and spinach wrapped in a blanket of chewy/soft bread. Its so good and just $4!!! My quick and easy breakfast. Highly recommended.
3.5/5
I had a 2 cheese and spinach boreks here and the service was good.
The lady who served me offered to heat the boreks up for me which was kind. They tasted pretty good, the dough was ok but the ingredients were a bit light on. Sadly I forgot to take a photo of my own boreks!
But for $4 each they were reasonably priced. Worth a visit if your at the markets.
