It’s been awhile since I purchased a Banh Mi from Mai Lan…they seem to have changed the type of bread rolls they use, which are now long and narrow – more like a hot dog roll. It certainly wasn’t as crusty as previously.
The BBQ pork tasted as it should but they seem to have skimped on the other fillings. A bit of a shame, really. Mai Lan used to serve a value for money Banh Mi but as in life, nothing stays the same:(
