Apparently it’s my fault they can’t read menulog orders properly.
Called to complain about missing food and they said it was my job to specify what I want with my food in the comments, even though the website said what it comes with. I’ve written online orders and I know it comes up exactly as it says on the website, so maybe they should learn to read or admit they’re wrong instead of blaming the customer for their incompetence.

My wife is allergic to seafood and every time we order we make it very clear that she is allergic to seafood. Still this is the second time we have had seafood on our pizza. Ill never order from here again. If your allergic to anything go somewhere else.
First time had a true home made pizza cooked well and no topping dripping off customer service was amazing very nice family run business with perfect food to back it must try thee HSP to die for.

The Food was amazing delivery was quicker than expectedmust try unbeatable. all thefood was fresh cooked to perfection will never go any where else thanks Pizza And Kebab for a unforgettable experience
We ordered delivery of 2 chicken parmas and 1 chicken schnitzel. All 3 were completely raw in the middle and the majority of the portions were undercooked and inedible. We had already eaten a bit before we noticed and a very worried about getting sick. I called up to tell them and I was met with anger, he yelled at me, talked over me, told me to microwave it and said they get busy and that it sometimes happens!!!! (From him saying this, and his general reaction id say it happens a bit, and he doesn’t care) he also refused to give a refund! I was horrified and worried by his attitude, I’ll never order from here again 🙁
