This place is a tough one for me. The service has always been so friendly that I love be coming here. It’s 5/5 as far as it concerns me. The atmosphere is nice, it’s always clean and it’s got a menu with some good options. The problem is the coffee is just plain bad. No matter how many times I try it or who makes it, it always seems bitter. The food is also a little pricey for the lack of flavour you receive. Everything always looks amazing but just doesn’t seem worth what I pay. I won’t dare write this place off but there’s definitely room for improvement on the coffee/menu front.
Had a really nice time! Amazing Organic fresh hearty food and coffee is great! The staff are really sweet and the atmosphere is cosy! Love it!
Plenty of everything has a gorgeous backyard and that’s where I decided to sit to enjoy my lunch.
I have ordered one of their lunch bowls and had to wait very little time before the food hit the table. Unfortunately the size was an instant turn off and the food itself was okay. Not bad but certainly had not plenty of flavour; possibly I picked the least strong dish of the menu so give it a try and comment what you pick so next time I will trybit out.
Went there this morning for breakfast. I had the polenta chips with zucchini, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and poached eggs. My partner had the Rueben sandwich. Both meals were delicious! So tasty! We will be back… plus friendly service, meals came out quickly and we sat in the cute little courtyard which was nice. Only downside was we asked for a high chair which was provided but it was filthy. Lucky I had a massive bag of baby wipes cos I went through a few. But that said everything else was clean so I would still recommend this cafe 🙂
Had driven past a couple of times during the week looking for a take way cap then somehow noticed it
Upon further inspection and trust me u need to be paying attention noticed it’s 5 senses so that’s me.
My 3 previous take aways were exceptional made the right way with choc on the coffee b4 the milk.
So I wanted to try the breakie when I had time..
Saturday..yep perfect
Different barista unfortunately coffee was 5 out of 10
Food however 9 out of 10
Mushies as a side wow they were good and the bread was not the usual stuff..kind of yellow cornish
Poached eggs perfect too.
Was disappointed abt the coffee but I will try again.
I admit I’m hard to please but hey I appreciate effort and the staff were lovely to me.
Food is okay. Coffee isn’t to bad.
Just need a bit of change in the presentation on the food.
Some greens would of been nice. To much beans with the toasts, eggs, mushrooms and pork belly.
Food’s unique compared to the usual brunch. I had the polenta, pine nuts, cucumber and poached eggs and added chorizo. My partner had Sweet potato hollandaise on poached eggs, honey lemon kale, potato rosties and slow roasted pork belly. Food’s amazing and service is good and prompt. Will definitely be back
