OMGosh this croissant was perfect! Woo hoo hahaha its fun finding something this good. The croissant was light, crispy, buttery and from the first bite I was in foodie heaven.

Recently opened at Northland Shopping Centre situated in front of Coles, amazing fresh pastries & a large sourdough bread selection. Nice, quiet location to sit and enjoy a coffee. Staff were very friendly, coffee was excellent and my lemon brioche doughnut was YUM!
Support an independent baker/business- you wont be disappointed!
Hands down best croissants in Melbourne. I love their sourdough croissant and recently tried their Portuguese tart which was authentic and delicious. A clear winner
Publique Bakery sells delicious pastries at affordable prices. I had the plain croissant, almond croissant and the Escargot. The plain croissant was flaky but a bit too buttery. The almond croissant filling was delicious but unfortunately not flaky enough. The escargot was definitely the winner, the sultanas were juicy & pastry was flaky & not overly buttery. Thanks Tim.E for the recommendation!
