This local comes with the type of old-fashioned hospitality that you’d expect from a friendly village pub in Ireland. A crackling fire, live music, comfort food (with a twist) and some delicious beers on tap (Guinness!). Everyone, including the publican Julie, is up for a chat and some good craic. Great coffee and brunch too.
Came here over the weekend for one of their burgers.
They have happy hour starting at 5, so we were just in time. It was lovely sitting outside enjoying the sun and a drink, however the smokers sent us back inside..
I ordered the Korean inspired burger. And oh boy it was good! It was filled with crispy faux chicken, kimchi and mayo. Their burgers are a little on the expensive side. Anything beyond $16 without chips is pretty $$$ to me, but for the amount of flavour, I’d definitely buy again!
Would love to go back for their live music
