Best poutine in Melbourne hands down! 15/10 incredible burgers also! The best part is they can veganise everything. Wish I could score more than 5 stars My girlfriend and I drive over 40 minutes to go here once a week and it is so so so so worth it!
I actually really like this place and have recommended it to many people but will definitely not be back and stop recommending it. We’ve been here many times and on the last few occasions have asked for our burgers to be well done only because my wife is now pregnant, which they normally do get cooked well. On this occasion they were probably more rare then how they are even normally meant to be served. I took them back and the manager (big guy) was quiet rude about it. Saying that’s how we normally cook it, even though on many other occasions when we have asked for them to be well done they are cooked fine. I definitely will not be back.
Had The Charlotte, onion rings and poutine fries, the music is nice here,There isn’t much seating, but there a piano bar next door, where you can order here and sit next door
Love the food here! Ox makes a mean feed! I’m always a chicken fan when I eat here, with Mama Shack as my standard order. And fries of course. And deep fried pickles cos they’re amazing!! Friendly staff and a great selection of hot sauce!! Can’t wait till my next visit to the Diner!
