Lovely little cafe in Richmond for a fast morning caffeine injection before you head off to work, the staff are all very nice and the prices are much lower than that is expected of a cafe in this area.

I must say hello taste where are you? Coffee was so hot and bitter sort of what it must have been like for #johnnydepp in divorce court! Croissant was more dry then the Sahara, it’s a shame cause the owners were lovely but it’s time to get some locally roasted beans n use margarine or butter on the pastry. I get it make margins greater but spend the extra and the people will return. #instafood #food #foodie #foodporn #melbourne @8layerscafe
A great little local cafe. Can always get a good coffee. Burgers are really good and value for money. I recommend the chips with the spicy salt.
Great little place for the quotidian breakfast or just coffee. Great service, they can make things any way you want them, very flexible. well priced.
Coffee is decent and well priced (around 3.30 for regular latte, I think), staff are all friendly and service has always been fast. Haven’t eaten there so can’t comment on that.
Keeping it simple? Need a quick coffee? Well this place doesn’t promise the world, just get your caffeine injection and get on your tram to work…
