Great atmosphere, great food, great drinks and always a great time. Highly recommended for functions – the table tennis table is a bonus. Staff and service are phenomenal. Will be back!

Yummiest kangaroo burger. The patty itself tasted delicious, lean & healthy. The copious amount cheese, brioche & chips will of course cancel this out, but add immensely to the tastiness. Best burger (although my partner’s patty could have been cooked through a bit more). Sweet potato chips were super crisp & perfect. The salad was a little bit disappointing, as it was quite plain – maybe a veggie salad could have been more interesting. Definitely only order salad as side. If you are trying to be healthy, you can get your burger in lettuce cups. These surprisingly looked like they held together pretty well!! The best part is the atmosphere, with an awesome craft beer selection, cocktails, music & a table tennis table! Staff are attentive, helpful & friendly

Love this bar! Relaxed, good food and good drinks. There’s also a ping pong table if you’re feeling competitive. Great vibe

We had the boots snack pack, which is a delicious vegan twist on a HSP. Highly recommended even if you’re not vegan. Great selection of rotating beer. Doesnt get too rowdy so perfect for a date night or to have a beer during summer.

Spam Chips. SPAM. Chips. Yeah that’s what I thought. But no, they’re actually delicious. So delicious in fact, that I’ll definitely be taking myself back to Concrete Boots some time very soon. Named for Richmond’s Gangster days where some less fortunate folk found themselves at the bottom of the Yarra sporting a pair of slabs; Concrete Boots still has the bullet holes in their facade from the era. Their opening night featured 90s hip hop tunes, ping pong and thankfully no actual concrete boots (that I know of).

Sticking with the theme why not order yourself a ‘Smokey Joe’; Boots’ take on an Old Fashioned. Or bring it into the modern era with a ‘Love Lychee’; house infused basil gin and rose water. With a host of awesome local (and rotating) beers on tap as well as a generous wine list, there’ll be something for everyone. Among faves on the food menu, the avocado tartar and mini cheeseburgers were definite crowd pleasers.

Great for a meal, pre/post dinner drink or just to settle in for the night, Concrete Boots is sure to hit the spot.

    Best new bar in Richmond!
Happened to mosey upon Concrete Boots during the ultimate bar shout (courtesy of Young Henry’s brewing). While the free flowing beers did all that was needed to sooth the soul, the real standout winner here is the bar itself. Concrete Boots boasts 12 odd taps of local & import craft beers, a chilled venue space & a spot on burger menu! Cant fault it ~ Will be back!

Had a great time here. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, we got to try a selection of creative cocktails and their beer selection is unmatched in this area!
The menu is so well thought out and accommodating, it covers a wide range of dietary requirements without being limited.
    Will definitely be coming back.
Whoever thought of that avocado tartare is an absolute genius.

    Love it!
Excellent choice of beers on tap. They give you the run down without being pretentious at all.
Burgers were simple but on point.
    Going back for sure.
