I was invited to try out this Australian cafe. Fresh aired plants hang from the ceiling and the tables are nicely laid out in a row.
The calmer sutra chai latte was aromatic, smoothe and flavoursome.
The autumn/winter menu.
We ordered the croffle s’mores. Crossaint waffles are well crafted with the raspberry pistacio parfait contrasting well with the strawberry curd contrast whilst rhe rose syrup added sweetness .
The pork benny was juicy with the toasted brioche bun. The sweet beerios which were cheerios drenched in beer balanced well well with the slightly salty and tender bourbon brined pork collar. The bacon crumbs added texture and the poached egg sat nicely in the burger.
I love this place! However, it was very very busy on Saturday afternoon that we had to wait for about 45 minutes for a table. Next time I will make sure to book in advance to avoid queue.
Gets a big thumbs up for innovative menus… Amazing ambience… Food is great… Many options to sit or even have working meals. Must visit place
The atmosphere and decor was incredible. The bottomless brunch was lovely but would have liked all the drinks on the menu to be included as the best ones were excluded. Also some of the menu options seemed pricey for what you received. The burger was quite small and it cost an extra $5 for chips on the side making it a $21 meal that wasnt that filling. The snore waffle were delicious although the chunks of frozen fruit ruined the texture. Overall it was a lovely meal just pricey for what you received.
Their DIY smashed avocado is so fun to eat. I usually avoid ordering smashed avo for brunch, but if the cafe put creativity into it, I wouldnt mind having smashed avo. This one is my favourite yet. Not to mention, they have bulletproof coffee that Im interested in but still skeptical to actually try it.. but Ill get there!
The interior here is really something special with an emphassis on indoor plant varieties, the small kitchen offers a simple brunch menu and the staff are very friendly with plenty of smiles coming feom the kitchen and servers alike. On the two visits i have ordered the beef burger which was less the american style you see aroubd everywhere these days and very tasty with handcut chips. The second visit i had a breakfast burger (clearly i like burgers). This was ok but i didn’t quite understand the cheerios coming out of it. We have also been here for a function where the food came out in great intervals and was mostly tasty albeit some of the dishes with minced meat in them that were a little dry.
