Very nice and fresh fish executed superbly by the master sushi chefs. One of my party was left handed and the chefs noticed immediately and started placing the nigiri in the direction of her left hand. The service staff also followed. The food here is simply amazing although very very very pricy!
Its a beautiful restaurant with excellent service. The food is delicious and well presented. The foods use the fresh seafood from Japan, Australia and New Zealand. They dont use strong taste, everything is light and not oily. Let people get the real taste of the food. The proportion of the food was just right for me, not too full. But it didnt give me any big surprise.
