A nice safe option for UberEats. The duck rice rolls were good (always a bonus when you can see and taste the meat youve chosen!), the beef salad was fresh and flavourful (my favourite dish from this order – the sauce was great and complimented all the ingredients perfectly), the chicken wings were decent and still had a slight crunch post-delivery, but the special fried rice was not so special… found it quite bland and the special ingredients were quite sparsely distributed throughout the portion.
These guys are great. Ive been ordering from here for years. Its always really quick, and their fried rice is perfect, also their Vegetarian Noodle Soup is fresh as hell, very generous portions and always tastes great, highly recommend.
Ordered the chicken curry (mild) and the steamed pork dim sum. I tried to eat this and gave up. The curry was just a plastic container full of oil and about 4 pieces of meat that I originally thought was lamb. I couldnt eat it. I ate the rice as I was starving. The oily sauce was so hot although Id even specified mild.
The dim sum was strange tasting and I dont know how to describe it to be honest. There was a harsh strong almost bitter taste to them. I left those as well. Really disappointing experience.
The estimate for delivery keep changing and it ended up approx 50 mins past the first time.
Ok this is a postscript because these guys took my feedback really, really well and Im floored by it. My dinner spend was to be recredited to me. It hasnt shown up yet, but I will be checking.
Post script- refund received.. unsure if this prompted it but I may try them again in person at the restaurant next time Im in town..

Order on uber eats and came pretty quick and was warm enough. Food was overall pretty tasty I thought. Lots on the menu so I would return to try some more.
Ive ordered from a few different pho places now and its safe to say I have found my favourite vegetarian pho! Quality of food is great and always consistent.
Order from Mister Minh via UberEats at 5pm, currently its 8:44pm and I just got off the phone with apparently the owner who has said that my food isnt coming..I want to preface this story with the fact that I work in retail and have developed a pretty high level of patience, so I have been as understanding and kind as I possibly can be up until right now.
So the order arrived at about 5:45pm and I realised that theyd given me the wrong food, stuffed round trying to get onto someone – ANYONE from UberEats to help me, no good.
So I called the restaurant at 5:51pm to let them know and they immediately said sorry, they will send the correct food, the order I had received had a name similar to mine (theres is Cody, mine is Chloe) these things happen, its all good, Im not that fussed at this point.
I get a call at 7:05pm saying the delivery guy is out the front, I go out, hes not there, I tell the guy on the phone this and he confirms my address again and says hell call the delivery guy and call me back. Sweet, no problem.
Calls back again at 7:07pm and says he is here, the house with the boats? Nope not me. He says oh no the driver must be at the wrong place, hell call me back.
7:18pm I get a text asking for address again, I write it up, send a Google Street View image of the front of my apartment block and instructions on how the driver can get in (which is just walk up the pathway by the tree – we dont have anything tricky like a gate or anything). No response.
7:43pm I message them saying whats happening? I made my order at 5pm and its now been 2 hours and 45 minutes
7:48pm I get a call saying sorry the delivery guy is on his way he had gone to the wrong address completely. I was admittedly annoyed at this point, and wasnt satisfied with this response. The guy I was talking to is very apologetic and said that I would be compensated 100% on my next order but he hung up whilst I was trying to speak. He was clearly flustered and trying his best but didnt know how to respond to me and just hung up.
8:26pm I get a text saying Ill be compensated 100% on my next order, drivers outside sorry thanks.
…No one is outside…
So I message back saying no one is outside, is this a joke? Has the driver gotten out of his car I want to talk to the owner cause this is enough. No response.
8:33pm call the restaurant, ask to speak to whoevers in charge, first they say oh no you have to call UberEats and then its oh no the UberEats orders dont actually come from this restaurant, there from our second one?? Then they put me on to someone whos the manager and then he puts me on to the owner, who is the same guy Ive been calling and texting with this whole time….
In the end he gave me a full refund and some extra for compensation which I didnt ask for by the way. Which was very nice of them.
The miscommunication the entire way through was the most infuriating part and it could have been handled a lot more professionally, Im not even all that far from their restaurant, nearly everyone has access to Google maps these days, why did it take 3 hours?
I wish them all the best but I will not be eating there again.
If I could give a zero star I would. We ordered takeaway 2.5 hours ago. And we are still waiting!! Apparently they had a technical glitch and our order was coming. But that was over an hour ago!! In the meantime we have had a takeaway pizza from Bubba with no problems. Just give us our money back!!!
