This place is sweet, but the drinks service needs to be tightened up a bit. There was no pinot noir (despite being on the menu), so my friend and I ordered an aperol spritz each. Fifteen minutes later (and watching the bar where there was four people at one point trying to make these drinks!) we received our drinks. They were fine. The pork belly noodle dish is very… porky. I’d have preferred a bit less meat and more vegetables. My friend said her vegan pad thai was great. Overall, my friend and I had a nice time here, but it would be helpful if the waitstaff could get their head around the drinks. Otherwise it was a pleasant evening.
We celebrated our work Christmas lunch here and it was just perfect, the food was delicious and generous and left us all very satisfied. The service was warm and friendly. We had such a great time and agreed that we would definitely be back to try more of the yummy dishes!! The som tum and beef rib curry were the stars!
