Food is amazing! The restaurant itself is a bit rundown but you accept it because the food is so good. It would be good if they could update the bathrooms at least so they didnt feel dirty. The burgers are incredible and so much effort goes into the milkshakes. You can also have a drink there so it offers a lot.
I think this place is average.. They have good burgers and in general is a good place but nothing special. I think the people like more this place for how the good looking food than for the taste. Price is okey

Upon arrival there was a lot of miscommunication and difficulties with seating, however it was sorted out in the end, keep in mind sharing tables is common here
Burgers: 2.5/5
Very bland tasting patties that were also dry. My mac n cheese and his double cheese was very disappointing, lacking flavour and an original taste to it. Overall weve tasted much better burgers, i would compare this to a hj burger or even worse than that.
Chips: 3/5
Nothing special, however i will give a thumbs up on them being very fresh and crisp!
Crazy milkshake: 1/5
the $21 crazy as per its name was the most disappointing of all. the only thing crazy about it was the price we paid, as the toppings were all stale (donuts, waffles) and the milkshake itself was utterly disappointing. None of the flavours came together, it tasted like they just chucked in a lot of stuff and hoped for the best, it was also a little too watery. At $21, we were definitely disappointed in what we got.
Overall I wouldnt return, we did drive a fair way just to try these burgers and unfortunately its a huge miss for us. Hopefully you guys can take this as some guidance to focus more on the quality and flavours you put into your food, as opposed to just the good looks that are in the end, quite disappointing. Nonetheless, thank you for having us.
If you use there Hashtag you might a free meal. A nice breakfast spot on the street on Richmond. They are famous for their thick shakes beware of its size. Omelette was great and coffee too. Good place for late bruch too.
Had the big mouth burger, fries, southern fried chicken with chipotle mayo with the triple boom and the kiss me softly shakes. The burger was awesome a bit messy had to eat some of it with a fork which I never like doing but the spicy Mac and cheese they put on it was worth it. The southern fried chicken was better than KFC, chipotle Mayo couldve used a bigger kick. Love the use of thigh meat heap MoISt. Fries were pretty good as well and went down with the shakes a treat. The shakes though, damn Ive never had one of these epic shakes but they were unreal, that almond ice cream in the kiss me softly was crazy good. The triple boom, maybe drop the strawberries. All in all great little spot. Wait staff were great and the food came out quick. Will go back to try some more of their menu.
Big burgers and even bigger freak shakes. My burger did come out considerably later then my friends and i filled up alot on chips but still gave it a red hot crack and it was worth the wait.
If you love freakshakes this is the place for you. Order a burger and settle in for a good time. The hardest part will be choosing which freakshake to have.
