Staff was ok when offering a seat for me. She explained how to use the iPad to order. I ordered a spicy beef ramen, chicken wings and ice lemon tea. In the menu, it says “Freshly made ice lemon tea”, so I ordered the lemon tea with “no sugar” in the special instructions field. A minute later, a waitress came and said to me that the lemon tea is pre-mixed so cannot be no sugar. Then I asked her to cancel my lemon tea and prepared to order a Diet Coke instead. Then someone shouted out from the drinks bar, “I will make one for him”,Ok then. When the lady brought out my tea, the lady said, “I only do this for you once, no next time” how rude?! There was no description saying it cannot be no sugar but this lady sounded like she is doing me a one-time favor?! i was happy to cancel the order and order something else instead, seems like I was bagging for the drink! So angry. The beef in the ramen was tough as hell. Not too spicy, but it’s ok, because this dish only has 2 chili in the menu. The chicken wings are too salty! Way too salty. Overall, will not come here again because of service and food quality.

Every time I manage to get in there the food is fantastic and perfect every time. The problem is I have arrived before close multiple times now and it has be closed well before the stated closing time, very inconvenient when you plan your evening around your restaurants opening hours.
Food here is some of my favourite Japanese food! The service is always super quick and there is friendly staff. The only issue is when the iPad doesn’t work, ordering and service can get quick slow.
