I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. But their service is too unreliable too often. Their coffee is good, which is why I have persevered, but when you have to wait nearly half an hour for a take away coffee, something is wrong.
And when you ask why people who ordered after you are getting their coffee before you – the staff should be making your coffee straight away as an apology – not told it will be at least another 5 mins as this guy told me. Its all about service and these people just seem flustered and confused all the time. They have got my coffee order wrong a couple of times as well.
I paid $4.40 for my coffee and ended up walking out without it – due to the length of time and lack of concern from staff.
Even though its the only place in that area really, its worth travelling to somewhere else if you dont have an extra hour to waste
Don’t bother going here. It looks good from the outside, however it is extremely expensive,thesmall servings are a disappointment, there wasa long wait and we had a pushy manager who was so thick that he forced a card machine at me when I paid cash.
I have fast become a regular, as the coffee is delicious every time!
I’ve been there enough that the staff all know who I am, just by my order.
Also love the Chicken Caesar Salad! Definitely the best one I’ve had in the Ringwood area. Definitely going to keep coming back.
Hands down, best coffee in Ringwood! I look forward to my daily almond cappuccino from Bean In the woods! The staff are super nice and food portions are massive, delicious and so well priced! Very kid friendly with paper and pencils to entertain my daughter, so I can enjoy my coffee! Love your work Bean In The Woods!
This place is such an asset for Ringwood. I work in Ringwood Square and is so great to have such high quality food and coffee at our doorstep. The portions are more than generous and the pricing is incredibly reasonable. Aside from the great food, you come here for the customer service. The owner always has a smile on his face and greets all his customers warmly. The rest of the staff are definitely a positive extension of him because theyre all equally friendly and attentive. I only wish this place was closer to my house. On a side note, I also am lactose intolerant and usually have that milk in my coffees. This place only has soy milk but its probably the only place that Im more than happy to drink a soy coffee from because its so good. Thanks as always guys. Keep up the great work 🙂
came here for lunch one day and was pleasantly surprised! the menu is absolutely massive with options to suit everyone including great veg and vegan options. atmosphere and staff were both lovely and the food arrived timely despite the fact it was rather busy! once the food arrived it was pretty impressive with large portions and great taste. would return.
Won’t be coming back any time soon, food took over an hour to come out and service was poor! Ordered a big breakfast with poached eggs… more like extra hard boiled eggs!!
