This place has a nice design and layout that’s the only thing I like about it. I came here on a busy Saturday and I timed it took me 25 minutes to get a coffee and wait in a small line. The waiters are so slow they don’t have many coffee machines and when I asked the staff member was quite rude to me. The coffee was nice… But not worthwhile moving forward.
There’s a reason that your coffee comes in a takeaway cup. They hope that you won’t take the lid off and look at how poorly the milk has been frothed. The milk for babycinos are overheated to a point that they are untouchable by an adult, much less drinkable by a child. The short of it is – don’t go here. There are many MANY other places at Eastland that make coffee and any one of those will be better.
I was after a filtered coffee in the middle of my shopping break so I went to Little Bean as it was bright and modern looking. The staff member unapologetically told me they don’t have any filtered coffee despite it being on the menu – oh well! I had an ice long black and it was decent. Quite nice coffee for a shopping centre cafe. Staff weren’t the friendliest, no smiles but I wasn’t expecting much, just needed that caffeine!
