Probably one of the worst venues i have been to years for dinner. First there is no bar service for drinks so you have to try and get the waiting staff attention to order a drink. Good luck with that. You will definitely be ok to drive so do not worry. It then took what seemed like forever for our order to be taken. I know it wasnt forever because that is how it long for the meals to arrive (over 70 minutes). Even then one order was wrong and had to be redone. Parts of some dishes were cold even down to some chips being cold vs some warm. Lamb pie was disgustingly flavoured, calamari had no taste and servings were on the small side considering the price. No apologies from staff for the errors or slow order delivery even when asked how much longer we would wait. Wait staff are surly and almost condescending. What was positive in this experience? Leaving!
Agree with Steve overpriced, small quantity with slow and poor service. Ordered Tandoori Chicken pizza and Chicken parma.. Pizza while come to my table was cold and parma was overcooked that my partner was not able to cut the parma with knife. Told the waiter he took dish inside and said can you continue with your dinner my manager said it is cooked properly and can provide sneak knifes if you like… i was shocked with this type of response and i just walk off.. i live local, wont be coming back never..!!!
Overpriced, small servings, slow service. Recent renovations and car park are improvements, location adjacent to Ringwood station is handy. I won’t be back in a hurry
Large menu to pick from with good quality Food. staff were friendly but was very over priced for an RSL. Wouldn’t go back again unless the prices changed.
Wow they’ve really stepped up. Went recently and was very pleasantly surprised.
The food was terrific and well presented. The staff were friendly and efficient.
They are currently rebuilding and I wonder if they’ve been encouraged to step up.
Anyway, we’ll be back as it was good value and nice good.
Value. For the price to feed a family of four, including drinks and entertainment (Pool tables), I found this to very economical. Regular bistro meals and cheap drinks and meals for a member make this a regular for our family.
Very average meal and very average atmosphere. Wouldn’t go back there. Service was okay but food quality want great. There’s better out there for the price.
