I was unfortunatelydisappointed bymy visit to Zukka Cafe in Eastland Shopping Centre, located on the ground floor just outside of the entrance to Myer. The food I ordered was rather lacklustre and expensive for what I received.
I ordered a Skinny Latte and a Mushroom and Ham Quiche/Pastry Pocket with a side salad. My coffee was okay, not much to complain about, however, my meal was not so great. It was hard to categorise as it had a rather toughouter layer of pastry and was coated in a thick layer of melted cheese on top. The inside blend of creamy mushroom and ham was quite delectable after I had chipped away from the outside in. The garden side salad was also thrown together very roughly and lacked dressing, so it tasted rather bland and boring. I also didn’t feel full after having my lunch at Zukka Cafe and I am not a gluttonous person by any means.
I don’t think I’ll be back.

I asked for it toasted, it could do with a little more toasting! The walnuts were a great addition, and the butter serving was VERY GENEROUS! I think I only used 1/8 of my butter hahaha! The latte was very good. My boyfriend got scrambled eggs and toast with orange juice. The eggs were cooked perfectly however were not seasoned enough. The toast was delicious and had a good amount of butter spread on it. Would come back for breakfast 🙂
