Kasr sweets has a full range of Lebanese sweets plus crepes and waffles, I have never been disappointed. Staff are friendly, a place you can take the kids with you during the day or have a girls night out. Coffee is made exactly how I order. But oh those crepes!!!! They are amazing! They also have a huge range of exotic juices and tasty shakes.
Deserts are not bad I mean they taste good but the fact that they are made from random peoples parents scares me. The coffee is really good.
I love this place!!
Im here all the time.
I love the fruit cocktails and the Lebanese dessert
The staff are nice and friendly and offer good service
Nice to take a family or just to hang out with friends
This place provides the worse service, I went to kasr sweets and I was ordering some sweets , a man served me he was rude and really lame , the service was slow and careless , the guy and and the other workers were just flirting with girls , they were laughing and giggling while I was just standing there waiting for my order to get done, it was disgusting , I waited nearly 20 mins just for 1 kg of mafrouka , this place is like a pick up joint , when I got home I was so disgusted and disturbed that I didn’t even eat my sweets, worse experience , yuk I will never enter this place again
The setting is nice, however I do feel a tad out of place when I arrive and everybody (mainly customers who sit outside) just stare at me (possibly because I’m Asian I dno) but anyways.
I had x2 different cakes, both tasted stale. The ice cream didn’t look fresh. We ordered some Lebanese sweets which my family loved so that was good. And my tea was fine (except they didn’t know what earl grey tea was so I had to go with English brekky).
I like that they provide us with free water bottles and the place is very colourful and bright inside.
I have mixed feelings about this place. The customer service is great; very friendly and attentive staff. The sweets are ok but their fruit cocktail pieces often have fruit that are not fresh.
