This place is a shame to the cheesecake franchise they sell so much so they take it out on quality and care on the time of production. I’d rather get my cake from the city one much better.
Bought this cake on 3rd april from this shop in roxburgh park . The woman behind the counter didnt have any customer service skills whatsoever . Her name was nardine . The price of the cake was 37.95 . She asked me to write my name on a piece of paper which i did . She came out after some time with the cake and charged me 42.95 . I asked her how come its 42.95 and she said that $5 if for writing my name on the cake ..I said that i should have been told that there is an extra charge of $5 if i want to get my name written on the cake to which she replied that she is not going to tell each and every customer that they charge for writing the name and that they serve 300 customers every day .I was shocked to hear her rude reply .I didnt want to argue with her as i had already paid the amount and there were 3 customers waiting in line after me .Well i dont care how many customers they serve in a day but they have definately lost one .Would never go back to this place .Its not about 5 dollars , its about the Australian consumer law . The customer must be informed before hand about the total cost .
