Lovely place with a great pub feel and is bustling. The interiors are all renovated and looks fantastic. Food was great too. My steak was done just right and the pickled onions were a winner. The upstairs balcony is great option if u prefer some quiet time.
Loved the new Cri! Did not expect it to be so modern on the inside. Love the booths too. The meal sizes are very generous. I couldn’t finish mine and I can eat 🙂 Super friendly staff. Will definitely come back here

Who would’ve thought they would better my amazing lunch. Fresh Local Produce. If Criterion Hotel was in Melbourne, it would be all over Instagram as a place to visit. Accommodation,another big tick. I have to come up with a business need to come back! Thanks to all the staff that top off the experience. Owners need to be proud!
I have tried prabs gnocchi, bao pork buns, fish and chips, some fish dishes, crispy duck noodle soup, and fairy floss dessert.All were amazing very high quality food
Nice food (I had the special pork belly and prawn bun for entree and the porterhouse steak for main. nice ambiance and central to sale (walking distance from most central motels). Will be visiting again next time I am in Sale.
