I was told this was a pretty standard pub/bistro and to not expect much but I was pleasantly surprised, the tables and displays were laid out nicely and and the staff seemed pretty attentive to customers, asking about us about our meals.It was very busy and there was a large queue waiting to order food but it shows how popular this venue is, especially with many other cheap bistro venues around sale. We had the roast pumpkin bruschetta as a starter which was nice but as it was a steak night, I tried the 300gm rib eye with garlic sauce which came with chips and onion rings for an extra $3 which was a good addition to the sides. The garlic sauce was actually a sauce and not butter like most places which was great and the chips and onion rings were fantastic however the steak wasn’t anything special but is what you would expect for a $17 steak meal.The other cool thing about this place, is they have a little cafe/lounge area next to the dinner area so you can have a nice coffee and a chat in a more relaxed environment after dinner, which has its own unique design giving this cafe space a different vibe to the dinning area. Overall I think it’s good value for money and I would go back to legends over the star or lakeside bistro. @

Great friendly service. Usually pretty noisy. Menu is nothing special food is hit and miss mostly miss. The best thing about it is there is an all you can eat salad bar.
