Awesome! Cash only so be ready. Authentic, fresh, friendly and delicious I rarely eat in here but its clean, casual, open and certainly nice enough. Im a big Pho fan and I ask for sliced chicken version which is 5 stars. Love that weve discovered this great little casual gem! Decent value too.
I love Vietnamese food and it’s fantastic having a place like this in the area, same no frills setup as what you’ll find in Richmond or Springvale.
Had the Bun Vermicelli Spring Rolls/Chicken and the Beef Pho.
Both were really nice and came in typical massive servings.
The Pho had that really nice subtle and deep flavour, don’t know how to explain it but its legit Pho!
Quick friendly service, will definitely be coming back.
Rating based on pho and service only. One of the best authentic pho’s I’ve had in Melb. Better than Springvale pho. Soup has that oily look which I love in Pho. BEST PHO IN MELB – and in a non- asian area, I didn’t expect much to be honest, but I was pleasantly suprised, I hope its as good the next time I have it.

This meal was DISGUSTING, there was moths eggs in my stir fry noodle dish, FERREL. Only two bits of carrot and corn the rest gross quality chicken

Lunchtime inkling for some noodle soup, Eight Bowls Pho happened and very happy that it did. Staff member was friendly. Service was prompt, servings big and generous. Flavours were all what you’d expect, very authentic and tasty. Good value too.
Best Pho in the area, definitely worth another visit.

I discovered Eight Bowls Pho today and Im certainly glad I stopped in as I had some pretty amazing pho ! They have giant serving size and at a very good price.
Im definitely looking forward to returning to try some other items on the menu.
Excellent bun vermicelli, char grilled chicken and spring rolls, tasty and fresh! Great light meal for warmer nights in bayside. I’ll be back for the Pho!
