Been coming here for nearly 10 years… the size of vanilla slice has shrunk over the years … service level has deteriorated significantly over the last few years… no sharing plates, no cutlery.. went to ask for a set of cutlery and got told to get takeaway ones… She agreed to give me proper ones but insisted walking out with me to my table to confirm we are actually dining in…
