This restaurant is a great addition and something different for South Melbourne. I’ve been multiple times already and I love the Balkan flavours.
I’m not sure what favourite is yet, but the cevapi sausages in a roll and the cabbage rolls are definitely up there. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and there’s a great selection of Balkan beers too.
I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re missing European flavours or if you want to try something different.

I have been looking forward to the opening of the Balkan Grill for a while as l wanted to try their kebapi roll. The kebapi roll was delicious and l loved the combination of beef, bread and peppers. The staff were friendly and the menu had a variety of traditional food in particular the burek made the way Baba does.
