I found the initial service speedy and friendly, but the breakfast delivery was very slow, I had to chase it up when it came it was not very tasty and the bacon swimming in grease, shame…coffee was ok though.
One of my most visited places in South Melbourne whenever I feel like a proper brunch. Normally I would go for their Mediterranean eggs but today I went for their Latin American scrambled eggs. It was just as good. The Turkish bread was perfect, crispy, fluffy, and yummy once you spread the butter. I did need to pour a bit of a salt to help bring the scrambled eggs into flavour though. Their coffee was also pretty good.
We arrived at GAS quite late in the afternoon when there were fewer menu options on offer, but what they put together for us was delicious – pulled pork croquettes, fresh salsa and a big healthy salad from the display cabinet. Good experience considering it was so close to closing time.
